Q: HOW DOES THE SYSTEM WORK?

We’ve made it easy! Roberta’s system has been designed to be fast and easy.

or you may call Roberta directly at 719.339.9995.
Q: HOW DO I GET REWARDED?
A: There are up to two (2) possible ways to get rewarded:

Upon validation* of referral information you will receive a gift certificate of your choice for $25 INSTANTLY, with no obligation to the referring party
and
-
If the referring party hires Roberta to buy or sell real estate, then upon successful closing of the transaction, you will receive an additional gift certificate of your choice for $150! WOW!
Q: HOW OFTEN CAN I REFER SOMEONE?
A: Unlimited! You may refer a potential Buyer or Seller as often as
you like -- there is no minimum or maximum.
Q: WHAT IF I REFER A PAST CLIENT OF ROBERTA’S?
A: This program is exclusively for referral of NEW clients only.
Q: CAN I REFER MYSELF?
A: YES! If you are not an established client of Roberta's -- complete
the information on the form with your information in both sections. You
will be rewarded!
Q: HOW IS A REFERRAL
VALIDATED*?
A: It is required for Roberta or other associate member to contact referring party directly by either phone or in person in order to bona-fide the referral information provided and to validate referring party’s real estate needs. The referring party MUST be in the market to buy or sell real estate. No monies will be disbursed until direct contact is made with referring party.
Q: IS THERE A REQUIRED TIMEFRAME FOR PURCHASE?
A: Yes, the referring party must be in the market to buy or sell real
estate within the next 12 months from the date of referral.
Q: DOES THIS PROGRAM APPLY TO RENTERS?
A: No, this program is exclusively offered to NEW clients wishing to buy or sell real estate.
Q: IS MY REFERRAL REQUIRED
TO BE LOCAL OR IN THE COLORADO SPRINGS AREA?
A: Absolutely NOT! You may refer a family member, friend, co-worker or acquaintance any where in the world! Roberta would be happy to put the referring party in contact with a local real estate professional utilizing the RE/MAX International Referral Network or other known Certified Residential Specialist.
Q: WHAT REFERRAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED?
